A Glint in Your Eye

This is a shiny glass pendant, with metal scrolls. I really love what dichroic glass does when you fuse it. The colors vibrate and change as the piece moves in the light.

I wanted it to look like a giant gemstone. I'm still listening to the audiobook by Wilkie Collins, think it's affecting me in making giant gemstones.

After all, the title of the book is "The Moonstone" after all.

This gem-like focal pendant is in the Etsy shop, if you want to see more photos.

So pretty and I love dichroic as well when it used well like you are doing. Those scrolls you are adding to your pieces are terrific. I love the organic feel of them. Just beautiful.

What a beautiful piece. I love the scrolls you added. You are so inspiring and I think I will read the Moonstone, have always thought I might.
