Gazing Into The Past

Beautiful brass filigree beadcaps, cast pewter and smoky semi-precious stones, strands of glimmer and shimmer.

This necklace reminds me of the Arabian Nights, the storyteller dressed in silk robes wearing ornate jewelry, a hint of the asian and a touch of glass, metal and movement. It's called "China Road Necklace."

Seriously glamorous, simply faux-artifactual.

Giving you any ideas about using the hand cast pewter connectors? Be sure to share, I'd love to hear them!

Wow Lynn! Truly an inspired piece. I haven't gotten to my connectors yet, but I will! And I promise to share when I do! Enjoy the day! Erin

What a lovely piece Lynn!!

It's wonderfully rich & exotic!! It brings to mind all the wonderful colors and smells of the middle east markets with their spices, fabrics, and jewels. You have done an amazing job portraying all that is mysterious with a caravan on the Ancient Silk Route!! :)
