Novel Ideas

Okay, on Saturday, I sat down and read an entire book.

It didn't take that long, really. It's another of Deanna Raybourne's novels about Lady Julia Gray.

So I think her being in mourning in the first book I read must have inspired this pendant focal I finished last weekend.

And I wonder what will be created based on her description of a beautiful long necklace, bracelet and earrings of gray pearls.

Does anyone else let their reading habits form their creativity, or is it just that I'm suggestible!

I think that sometimes in my sleep those images are formed after reading a book. I love the pendant Lynn I hope you make some to put in your shop.

Hi, Penny - I think you might be right about that! And this one was in the shop, but not for very long, someone snagged it up right away. I guess I need to make up some more! Thanks for the feedback, always welcome.

That looks so neat with the inlaid piece.

I just saw a preview of a possible cover for a winter Bead & Button - it shows a vintage key with charms and a peyote tube woven around the shaft. I instantly thought of your cast keys.

I love this Lynn, very romantic. It would look beautiful in a necklace. Hope you make one up. Hugs, Riki

Beautiful!

I never have time to read a book. Magazines or how-to books yes, but a novel -- never.
