I Think It's Brown Eyes

Okay, for pure adorability, it doesn't get much better than this, does it? Yes, his hair is red like his mama's hair. And, it looks like it will be brown eyes, like his mama and grandmama. He's the happiest guy around, he smiles and laughs like this all day. He just had tubes put in his ears, and promptly started trying to crawl. Which means I need to raise everything up about three feet! Hasn't he grown a lot since he arrived last July?
I remind myself every day why I moved to Louisiana, and think about all the things I would be missing if I wasn't here, so close to the little family the next street over from my house.
I keep thinking he can't get any cuter ... AND THEN he does!

He is gorgeous! I definitely think he's got the brown eyes and the red hair is beautiful. You made the right move when you relocated to LA. You never get these moments back and I am so happy that you are there for them.

Absolutely precious and adorable and cute as pie! Enjoy every moment of that sparkly eye and ear to ear grin!

What a cutie! He is blessed to have his grandma so close, and vice versa. My children all grew up with both sets of grandparents and I think they are better because of it. And the grandparents certainly enjoyed watching the kids grow up.

Give him a kiss for me!

He is a CHARMER all over, and his laugh-out-loud is irresistable - makes me laugh, too. He doesn't have any teeth yet, but he decided he is too old for puree'd food, so he's gumming small fruits and vegetables, determined to eat what Sissy and the Big Folks are eating.

I love being able to see them during the week, and my granddaughter is spending the night at my house tonight. We're painting and making sand castles.

Ah, yes - lots of kisses!
