Easter Egg Pendants

If I ever wonder what inspires me, I just have to look at the recent batch of pendants I just finished today, on Easter Day. We didn't color any eggs at my house this year. But just look at these nests with green or blue eggs in them.
The bezel is new, too. This one is smaller than the one that holds the 1 1/2" rounds. It has a nice texture to it, and has narrow sides. I needed a slightly smaller bezel to hold some of the resin I've been creating with a smaller diameter circle.
The other thing that's new is my new etching point for my dremel, that allows me to sign and date the backs of the bezel pendants. I like the personalization of it.
Here's hoping your holiday weekend was enjoyable, with family, festivities and feasts galore!

These are just darling! I love these sweet little nests in the smaller bezels...I "need" some of these. I just love bird's nests.
Hope you had a lovely Easter with your family today!

I'm a fan of bird's eggs and nests, too. Last summer a little finch made her nest on our front porch. When I would sit outside, she would get very still. Eventually the baby birds flew away. I don't know if she'll be back again, but it was fun watching her.

Thanks for the kind words, friends!

We have doves that just wait for me to put my hanging baskets on the front porch each year so they can build a nest in one of them. The mother sits on the nest while her mate sits in the next hanging basket to take over his duties when needed, lol. So interesting to watch them & the babies are so cute! As soon as they get big enough and fly away....another dove moves right in to have her babies. One year we had 4 different families in that basket. Needless to say, the flowers in that basket were pretty sad looking but well worth it!

So in love with these nests! There is something so hopeful about an egg... great things will hatch from it! I also love that you can personalize your pieces. That is brilliant! And I got my package with the pansy. So pretty! And thank you for the goodie!
Enjoy the day.

Erin, I'm happy you were pleased. I can't wait to see what you create with the pansy pendant, and the back story behind it.
Thanks for the feedback about the nests!
