Cheery Cherry On Top

This is a replica of an antique button, with three little cherries, leaves and stems.

I love the coppery-bronze patina on it. It has two holes, one at each side. I think it would be fun for a small copper chain to make a bracelet.

Last weekend I made several designs that I usually give a dark pewter finish, and made them with a bright coppertone look. Like many of you, I've been using copper wire for some wire wrapping projects. These little components are great with antiqued copper or brass wire.

Locks, stars and keys.

I like their rustic look and the color of the coppery bronze patina on them.

Fun!
