But right now, I'm lost on Facebook. Yes, that's right. I'm only now signing up for an account.
For years, it was "frowned upon" to put it mildly, in my profession to have a presence on Facebook. I was in management, it was unseemly ... etc. You get the idea. So, I didn't set up a Facebook account.
Now, I'm trying to get started. And I'm puzzled. Where do I put things? How do I add photos. Some of you have "posted to my Wall" - but where is that?
Go ahead, laugh at me. I'm kind of laughing at myself.
I have every confidence I'll figure it all out ... eventually! So if you see me headed into the woods without a compass on Facebook, give a shrill whistle. And if you get a "Friend Request" from me, and you don't know me ... just smile and nod.
Please.

You are now my friend!
I just recently asked my daughter to help me set up a business page, I had signed up before but never did anything with it, really didn't have the time to put in it and so i would get friend requests and then have to email them to say i really wasn't on there yet. I feel your pain, when everyone is already light years ahead of us! Good luck! And know you are not alone in the woods :)
Emanda - I've ALWAYS been your friend, tee hee! And yes, now we are Facebook friends, too.
Laura, I wanted to hook the newly set up lynndavis.storenvy.com site up to Facebook - I'm pretty good with computers, but it keeps telling me I don't have a page. Yes, I do - see? right there! Maybe I'll ask MY daughter to help me. At first I thought maybe my Facebook signup just hadn't completely ... done whatever it does to finish. But now, I'm unsure. Oh, well, I'll try again this weekend when I have more time.
