French Martini, Paris Moon
Two new pieces - the one is meant for a bracelet design. I can see chain or wire wrapped beads attached to the two sides to make a focal for a quaint bracelet.
If you look inside, past the words "BLUE MOON" you can see a silhouette of the Eiffel Tower and the word Paris in the background.
What's a blue moon? It's a somewhat rare occurence when the skies line up to have two full moons in the same month. So people have the phrase "once in a blue moon" to talk about something that doesn't happen very often.
If you're dreaming of a european trip, or remembering that special travel you did a while back, this bracelet design could be your secret memory holder.
And these beautiful and unique charms are vintage advertising for a vermouth, they have the word "MARTINI" right across the bottom!
Wouldn't these be a fun pair of earrings - a little casual and a little dressy, depending on what you wear with them.
The gloved and hatted lady inside seems carefree! Maybe she's sitting in a 1930's bistro on a long ago Paris street, sipping an American martini.

Today's my day to do the Studio Saturday post over at the Art Bead Scene blog, if you leave a reply to the question that's posed you might win something!
